February 2026 — Pelvic Health Through the Menopause Transition

Kelsey Moreau, Pelvic Health Physiotherapist

Wednesday, February 25, 2026 | 6:30 – 8:00 PM MST | Virtual

Menopause is a natural stage in every woman’s life, but it often brings changes that can impact pelvic health. As estrogen levels decline, the tissues of the vagina and bladder become thinner, drier, and less elastic, leading to symptoms such as bladder urgency or leakage, vaginal dryness, discomfort with intimacy, or a feeling of heaviness related to pelvic organ prolapse.

This session focuses on understanding these changes and learning how to care for your pelvic floor during the menopause transition.

  • How hormonal changes affect the pelvic floor, bladder, bowel, and vaginal tissue

  • Common symptoms such as urinary leakage, urgency, prolapse, and vaginal dryness

  • The role of core and pelvic floor muscle training in maintaining strength and support

  • Lifestyle strategies, movement, posture, hydration, and nutrition, to promote pelvic wellness

Empower yourself with the knowledge and tools to stay strong, confident, and connected to your body.
